Hanging In There

Tough when there is so much going on with health, family, and life in general to “hang in there.”

I am here to say, try; try so hard to do that until it hurts. When you wake in the morning and feel doomed for the day, make that cup of coffee, give yourself a few minutes and then make a mental list of reasons why the day should continue and how you are going to make it positive and productive. You may have to dig deep, and be very creative but you have to do this. You do this for yourself and for your family. They depend on your positive input, your gift to find the good inside the bad. You can do this!

Or if you have gotten through the day and come home and feel the weight of the world on your shoulders, try to take a deep breathe, and do the same thing. Sit for a few moments, get your thoughts together, maybe have a snack, and take that time to find the reasons, the strength, and the courage to go onto the next day. You can do this, I promise. I did it, still do it, and will continue to do this as long as I can. It works.
