I would like to personally thank all of those volunteers who help the Alesia Shute Foundation come to life. I try to make whatever we do fun for everyone, although it is work. I always remember that each and every one of you are helping out of the kindness of your hearts and taking time out of your very busy schedules to help make all that we do a success. From the volunteers who do so much behind the scenes to the front line people, THANK YOU!!!
I know you know that I appreciate all you give but I wanted to share that with everyone. I also want to extend my thanks to everyone who volunteers for any charity or organization. It cannot be done without you and it is a wonderful experience to give back and help others either who are ill or less fortunate than you are. I think getting our young children involved early in life in activities that help and making them understand what it is like to support those who need help will make them better adults in life. All of their experiences will mold them into productive adults who are caring and understanding. I suggest the next time one of your children is bored, get in the car and go to the nearest soup kitchen, so they can help out and know what it is like to be without. I know it will pay off in the end.
