Ways to Help

It does not take much to reach out and help others. If you are a computer savvy person, you can Google “Childhood Cancer” and from there find ways to help. You can volunteer for an event, donate money, find families in your area that need support, etc. For example, my volunteers get to do things like assist me at my appearances, local events, and even join us to cook for families who need a shoulder to lean on and just sit and listen to what they have to say. There are Ronald McDonald Houses, foundations to give time to, local health facilities that are looking for volunteers, and many ways to reach out to give back. It is more rewarding than you can imagine and strongly suggested. Volunteering to support Childhood Cancer Awareness does not have to happen only in September, you can reach out all year long. Take some time to post a comment on the blog or via Facebook to let everyone know some of the ways that you support this amazing endeavor.
