My friend, Nancy, who is the VP of my foundation went to Children’s Hospital yesterday for two different visits. First part of the day we visited the team of researchers who are diligently working to help find a way to either fight HIV and AIDS or prevent it someday to make it non-existent. Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff

Funny I did not really learn or appreciate this title until I was an adult with a child, but it is so very true. Worrying about things you have no control over is such a waste of time and breaks you down mentally. We all do it and it takes real work to overcome it. As I sit here and plan for all my events, I think about how hard I work without any compensation accept satisfaction. With that I m completely satisfied and the thought of helping and giving and the success of my book gives me the drive to go on. It is the other people, my volunteers, who are personal friends and friends of family that I commend today.
